The rear tires became oddly shaped and worn down. Had to replace them and the control arm

I have brought 3 pairs of tires within the last year and without fail the inside of the rear tires will wear quickly...within four to five months we're talking wires popping out at the inside while the outside looks brand new. I have had ball joints, control arms replaced, now I am getting estimates for wheel bearings, and guess what, control arms again! I need help. Should I even keep ths car?
