Why does the tail light bulb keep blowing a hole in it.
There is also no moisture on the inside of the lens.

I had this problem as well. Inside the rear light assembly are plastic walls that surround the bulb. Apparently it was not glued in place properly so whenever we would hit a bump or go four-wheeling one of the walls would fall onto the bulb causing the bulb to burnout or break. I had to reach in and grab the plastic walls with needle-nose pliers to twist and break those free moving plastic pieces out. It was tough to do and you have to be careful, but once those walls/pieces were removed the bulbs no longer were a problem.
