rear power windows on 1999 Plymouth Voyager

my rear window on driver side opened no problem but when i tryed to close it the moter did nothing and the window is locked in the open possion the pasinger window still works fine

So, when you press the button to roll it up, you don't hear the motor try and turn? It could be a problem with the motor or the switch controlling.

If the motor is trying to engage and turn, it's an issue with the door window regulator. This is a lot more common than problems with the motor.
