Question: rear power lock accuator

right rear door power lock inop new accuator new master switch. all other doors work fine. when i open rear doors lights stay off and no door adjar light comes on when i open the frront doors light and door adjar come on. tested old accuator on left side and it works. what am i missing here. they all go through the cluster. could that be it?

    If all of the other door locks are working properly, we can assume that the switch input to the Instrument Cluster (IPC) is good. The IPC controls the door locks on this vehicle. Connect a test light to the 2 wires at the door lock actuator and operate the locks, if the test lamp flashes the door lock actuator is faulty.

    If the test lamp did not flash at the actuator, access the IPC electrical connectors and perform the same test on Connector 1 pins 12 & 15. If light still does not flash, likely IPC failure.

    If test lamp flashes at IPC but not at actuator, there is a wiring problem between the IPC and the actuator.

    The most common place for the wiring to fail would be inside the rubber protective boot that covers the harness from the door to the body of the truck
