My rear passenger side window just stopped working. The rear control will drive the window down fine, but not up. There is no control from the drivers main control up or down. I checked the motor and the motor is fine. I checked the rear button by swapping in a new one thinking maybe there was a bad connection in the loop. I don't know where to go next.

If you press the "unlock" rear window control and one of the rear windows at the rear works and it still wont open the one of the rear windows but it opens off the switch on that door, the probable cause is the drivers door master switch. I don't work on a huge amount of Fords but I am surprized when I call our local Ford dealer and ask for the price of a part he says "yes we have eight of them in stock". Dealers stock parts that move, parts that fail. ask the dealer if they sell many master switches, you may be told they fail all the time or they never fail.
