Try searching for a wiring diagram online for your vehicle. Vehicles have many ground wires, and locating them is difficult. You should invest in a repair manual with a wiring diagram. Try a local parts store, or even better is an online subscription to They will have so much more than a repair manual book, and you can get it in minutes.
