rear end/tires on 2002 Pontiac Firebird

When I drive my firebird on the highway, it seems as though the driver side back tire wobbles (girl talk). Has anyone had this problem before and what is it? I was thinking barrings, but i don't know. Please help and Thanks!

There are a few possibilities when can cause a tire "wobble". The most common is a tire out of balance or otherwise damaged. Other causes could be a bent wheel or worn suspension components. If you feel the vibration in the steering wheel the problem is most likely in the front, if you feel it in the "seat of your pants" the problem is most likely in the rear. Your first step should be to have all 4 tire and wheel assemblies inspected and balanced. If that does not correct your problem then a complete inspection of the front and rear inspection would be in order.
