Question: Rear door bottom hinge

The top hinge comes up, but the bottom doesn't come down. How can I check to possibly fix myself?

    This is something that requires a visual inspection to determine why it doesn't work. Make sure it's unlatching, then see why the hinge isn't working. Sorry I can't offer better advice than that. best of luck!
