Question: rear defogger,rear wiper not working after reinstalling battery cables....

After check engine light came on because of loose gas cap took battery cables off and that solved the problem, but now rear defogger and rear wiper not working and they were working before. Could I have blown a fuse?

    NEED TO CHECK AND SEE IF REAR WINDOW IS ALL THE WAY UP HAS MICRO SWITCHES IN MOTOR IF NOT ALL THE WAY UP DEFOGGER AND WIPER WILL NOT WORK
