I remember it is difficult to get access to the reflector/side lamp. I know I didn't take off the bumper but gained access to replace the bulb from underneath or pulling back the fender liner.

I replaced one myself. It is just "peel and stick"!
Chip out any remaining pieces of the broken lens, wipe down the space with a little alcohol, peel the backing off of the new reflector and stick it on. I can't even pump my own gas, but I managed this repair!
