rear brakes on 2007 Toyota Corolla

rear brakes sweeking,toyota dealer, nothing can be done about this problem.

Brake compounds are made from various materials and some compounds will make brakes squeak. Unless the manufacturer makes a change in the compound there is nothing that can be done. You may want to try non factory brakes shoes/pads to see if there is a difference. Non factory shoes/pads are usually made from a different compound than factory shoes/pads. Depending upon the compound it could be better or it could make it worse.
