I just had the same thing recently on a Honda Odyssey. I sanded the brake linings roughed up the drum surface, but brake lubricant where the brake shoes moved on the brake baking plate and adjusted the brakes. The noise went away for a week but came back.I ended up changing the brakes shoes to a different lining and the Honda is fine ever since.
