Question: Rear brake make noise even when brake is not applied. Pulsation also occurs

This happens all the time even after vehicle has warmed up

    pull the rear drums off to check brakes

    Partially applied park brake or cable binding and holding shoes against drums.
    Try what goodguy suggest, if drum will come off, may not due to brake drag!
    Loosing any bkake fluid?
