Rear Brake Line on 2001 Dodge Ram 1500

On the rear axle there is a Junction block hat the Brake lines go in x come out of.There is a Rubber hose also tha mounts above the rear shock mount. It came off when I replaced the shocks and cant find where this line goes to.It has a plastic end on it. does it attach anywhere or just lays free on the frame rail Thanks

At the top of the rear end there is a vent hose that vents the rear end and it connects to the top of the differential and goes up near the frame high enough to clear high water in case of driving through deep puddles
