I will find out what sensor replaced. Dealership Said turn key 3 X fast which would give us what was wrong. The check engine flashes 10 times. Called them back they Said they had never heard of that many times Dont have Cash for diagnoses so could u please help me on what the 10 flashes mean.

go to autozone or o'reilly's or any good shop OBD testing is free at most autoparts stores

since it won't start autozone and o'reilly's will rent you the tester did you do the standard test for spark and fuel if so and engines cranks but doesn't fire there are four sensors that control that sadly you can only check two of those for resistance.. the injectors can be tested either with a good 12v test light or multimeter.. connect the test light to a good ground then insert probe into one side of injector harness if it lights cam sensor is good with multimeter make sure you can see the display while cranking engine you will see voltage read also means cam sensor is good.... if you are getting spark that means your crank sensor is good the other two are Manifold Air Pressure sensor and Mass Air Flow locations vary check repair manual for location also check for fuel delivery by depressing the schrader valve on fuel rail hopes this helps Also try the key method again because you missed the pause between light flashes example light will flash how many times for the first number then pause briefly then flash for the other number

You might have missed the 'pause' in between and actually had a '55' which means end of message. No codes since last key cycle or battery disconnect.
