  First time for me to try this shop. josh gave me an estimate for an oil change over the phone, which he honored, even though the price of the oil was higher than he anticipated, because its a synthetic. he popped in an air filter which I brought myself for free. tire rotation was reasonably priced. no charge to inspect brakes, belts, hoses etc... overall, a very good experience, saved a bunch of money versus what the dealer was going to charge. i'll be back.

  Raymond's Garage is the best shop I have ever been to. I found them on Repair Pall and they did not disappoint. They were very honest and explained everything to me. What was dangerous and needed immediate attention and what needed to be fixed but could hold off for a little bit. What really shocked me was the stuff that I could hold off on was the more expensive work. I did all the work while my car was there and my car runs like new again. You have my business for life.

  We went to Raymond's on the recommendation of a co-worker. They easily resolved some problems we've been dealing with for years on our 1999 Camry. They were friendly, fast and very reasonably priced. So nice to go to a mechanic who's not trying to take you for a ride!

  Well, another great repair service at Raymond's Garage. We have used them for many years because they are friendly and courteous and their work it excellent. We also find that their charges are lower than other shops for like repairs. We do comparison shop.

  I was very fortunate to have a neighbor introduce me to Ken. He and Jose have been a Godsend - honest, reasonable, pleasant, excellent work, no effort to fix things that aren't broken. They have my highest recommendation.

  I took my fiance's car for them to fix and I couldn't ask for better service. I dropped the car off at 7.30am and they called me to tell me it was ready to go before 9am. It was a broken fuel line, O.K... no big deal but that was all I was charged for.... not like some "chain" worshops would do. They are friendly, polite and they do a great job at a very reasonable price. I will use these guys again and I know they can be trusted.

  I just moved to Texas, and did not know anyone here, so used repairpal for searching using the overall score I tried the shop.. they were great, I needed a big repair, called to ask if they had the time, and it was done within 3 hours, the same day, and it cost less then the estimates I had done. The customer and car service were great!! will recommend it to my friends.

  These guys are great mechanics and do the work for a fair price. If you are more interested in fance waiting rooms than saving money, go elsewhere. If you want an honest mechanics shop, come here. Has save me thousands over many years.

  Good people, quality work, very reasonable price!

  More important, he tells me what is really needed to be done. The other shop was trying to sell me overpriced parts and labor that my car does not need at all.

  Finally found my mechanic since moving to houston. They are great at this place saved me 300 in repairs. All due to his honesty. will definatly be back and would reccomend him to anyone.

  My family has been using this shop for 3 generations -- first when Raymond owned it and now that Ken owns it. They are completely honest and will tell you what you need and don't need. I recommend them highly. I tell all my friends about them.

  I have been taking my car to Raymond's Garage since I began driving at 16, I am now 45 and still take my car there. I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you want truly good, honest service, this is the only place to take your vehicle for repairs, inspections, oil changes, etc. In the past 30+ years, I have recommended Raymond's Garage to countless family members, co-workers and friends. They have all been as equally satisfied as I have been and remain loyal customers. RG doesn't have to cheat you to earn money. They have so many faithful return clients who constantly recommend their services that it doesn't pay for them to be anything but honest and continually do excellent, quality work.

  My car began driving roughly one day and I decided that it ought to be looked at by a mechanic. Having had some bad experiences with other mechanics in the past, I decided to check RepairPal.com to find the best rated repair shop that I could find, and Raymond's had a lot of stars beside his name (deservedly so). After reading the great comments, I took my car to the shop. Ken and his partner had the car repaired in under an hour and it ran perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Very friendly and trustworthy. My highest recommendation!

  My car had been making an unusual noise and I took it to the dealer who recommended that I replace the a/c compressor ( $1200 +/-). Raymond looked at the situation and fixed it for $300.

  Raymond, and then Ken have been the family mechanic for over twenty years. Never an issue, always stands by their work and will work with you to keep the costs down. Can't recommend him enough; very friendly and knowledgeable. Shop has served three generations of my family and we'll keep going there for as long as the shop stays open.

  I found Raymond's on Repairpal. He gave the best price of 3 local independent repair shops, and was at the low end of the cost spectrum given by Repairpal. The owner (not Raymond, but Ken) took the time to explain the repair and gave me some options, including a beyond-the-scope of the repair cost-saving bonus. Friendly service, great job and a great price. It's hard to find a shop you can trust. I'll be back.
