Noises are hard to diagnose without hearing them, so if you can try to locate where the noise is coming from, then we might have some ides as to what it might be, but this may need to be looked by a shop to find this issue.

it's coming from driverside. i recently had same sound in my 300zx and it ended up being joint for drive shat went out. could this possibly simular?

If you hear the noise when not moving, then this is not part of the suspension or driveshafts. I would look to the exhaust system, transmission noise or engine noise.
