You can remove the glove compartment door by removing the screw that holds it open. the glove compartment door will hang lower when this is removed. Check to see if a metal support is loose by looking up inside of the Dash. Also while you have the glove door hanging you can replace your Cabin Air Filter, you will see it straight ahead pop the cover off and slide the cabin air filter out and replace you may be suprised how nasty it is. You will be amazed at how much better your AC blows and the air will be fresher.

Rattling might be coming from under the hood, the small space between engine block and the body, almost directly under the right side wiper. A metal hook, connected to the A/C parts, can get loose and rattles when engine revs. Mine was behaving same. got it fixed
