It looks like water is leaking in over the weather stripping on the driver side door about 3 inch from the front corner of the door at the bottom. Looks like it puddles up under door then leaks in over the weatherstrip , I have replaced all 3 weather strips on driver side. I have sealed the windshield with silicone. I don't know what to do it's like the water will drain out the bottom of the sealed door. All suggestions would be great.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by taking the door panal off and cleaning out the weep holes in the bottom of the door. There are 2 main weep holes at the front and back of the doors. They are just under the bottom door seal.

I have the same problem and it is coming from 3 inches from the corner over the weatherstrip. The water comes down the seal then flows right between the door and the seal to puddle on the bottom and eventually drain inside. I have tried several things without success my next thing is the door seal itself.

I have the exact same problem right now with my mitsubishi 2004. I was told to adjust the door..............the last time I adjusted the door.. on another vehicle 6 years ago ,the water stoped in one place, and it leaked much worse from under the door"much worse", I got 2 inches of water inside the car , at every rainfall.

Get on the floor and feel around next time you get water in there. See if it is coming from more under the dash and puddleing up near the door. Also silicone will not seal the windshield, it really needs to be urithaned.

After spraying it down with a hose I felt under the rubberized mat and there is a puddle of water under the gas pedal area. I can"t tell where it is coming from. I have powder spread all over. and there is no trail. Felt like it could be coming under dash area. I fear it is leaking in more then one area. Could it be the seal between the firewall and body? More help is needed.

same here, I thought it was my windshield leaking after replacement, then again after 2nd replacement. pulled floor strips and side panel off, pealed back carpet, and under carpet, dried it all out, got upside down under the dash with flashlight while it poured rain, traced a trickle back that seemed to be coming in from divide between the foot area and the engine compartment - by streaming in on a wire that came through a tiny hole...anyway that's what it seems to be...guess I'm gonna try to seal around the wire with some silicone or something like that...wish me luck

IF THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS IT MAY BE A SEAL. BUT FOR SOME REASON DODGE STRATUS IS BAD ABOUT THE AC DRAIN GETTING CLOGGED AND IT WILL RUN BACK IN DRIVER SIDE FLOOR. RUN AC AND SEE IF IT DRAINS TO OUTSIDE IF NOT IT'S CLOGGED.

Okay I solved my water problem. It was my water/dust shield on the door itself, It had become brittle and crumbled to pieces allowing water to run down the inside of my door and out the bottom. Totally looked like it was coming from the door seal, unfortunately Dodge does not sell this part so you have to make one up on your own. I used 3 mil plastic and put it on with gray self etching silicone. No more water :-)
