Hi, you'll need to determine where the water is leaking from. Once that is determined, then you will know if it has any relation to the work performed or if it is a coincidence.

It's water entering through the interior cabin filter. Get it fixed asap because this may ruin your heater blower. You will need to go to a Ford dealer and get a "kit" that funnels the water away from the filter area. This is common and is an easy fix. Happened to my 2004 and my Dad's 2003. The dealer knew exactly what I was asking. Cost is around $70. I believe there is a TB on it.
