Question: radio not working

Rookie

Radio would come on for a few seconds then no volume.Shut off engine would play for a few seconds then no volume.Cant change channels. Dealer replaced radio but problem still exists. May come on for few second then goes off but controls wont work. Dealer is now replacing amp but I don't see how that will help.Any suggestions?

if anyone should know, it would be the dealer. you just need to tell them that you you don't pay for "guesses",
you pay only if it's fixed. a good local auto radio repair shop may be able to repair this unit, if the dealer gives up.
