The bottom row radio lights are out and the light on the right side duo temp control is out. There doesn't seem to be a fuse that controls only these lights. Is there a breaker somewhere or something else that would cause this and if so where would it be located?

If that is the ONLY back lighting that is not working on your 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer then chances are these two components will need to be repaired or replaced. The radio can be sent to a special repair shop to have the bulbs replaced the A/C control may need to replaced to correct the lighting issue.
