radio issue on 1994 Honda Accord

My car won't accept the radio theft code number is it because the radio won't turn completely off? Do I have to get a whole new radio?

Was the factory honda radio ever replaced? Are you 100% sure you are using the correct code? I found a great site that may be able to help guide you through the radio code. I hope this helps

If you have incorrectly entered the security code more than three times you may have to leave the radio on with the ignition on for one hour to allow the radio to reset allowing you to reenter the security stereo code.
