Question: Radio is on but no sound and CD player is not recognized

2003 ML320. When the radio is turned on there is no sound and the CD player is not recognized. No warning, just happened.

    JUST HAD OUR ML320 SERVICED BUT THE RADIO STILL DOES NOT WORK ALL OF A SUDDEN NO SOUND DOESNT RECOGNIZE THE CD PLAYER WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT BUT THE RADIO ITSELF IS DEAD THERE IS SOMEONE ON EBAY FOR 170.00 WILL REPAIR IT IN 3 TO 5 DAYS I GUESS THATS THE WAY I WILL GO GOOD LUCK
