Radio, Dash lights, Head Lights and Gages on 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

I have been having a problem where my dash lights will start to flicker like a strobe light and then the radio will shut off and all the gages will drop to zero like the van is off and the dash and headlights will then turn off. But the car is still running, after about 15 to 30 seconds everything will come back up. There are no issues with the van starting and my repair shop cannot get it to duplicate the issue. Any ideas??

When this happens, try jiggling the ignition switch very slightly, see if all the electrical system starts working, if so, you have a bad ignition switch.

Did an alternator test show that the alternator was working fine? We had two tests done. the first showed that it was fine and the second showed that it was fine, but the output failed. I don't really know how it could be fine and yet have a failed part of the test....
