Did this ever get resolved? If so, what was the problem?

Ok, it's my first time posting here. From what i've read...the 528 i series has alot of electrical problems. Not every single one but enough.

Here is some info that may be of help.......I own a 1999 528i sport package. with 121k..it's in almost mint condish. I was having problems for almost a year with the yellow light coming on and other dash clusters such as , brake lights, seatbelt, airbag...etc. The radio would work whenever it wanted to. Come to find out 4300 dollars later......Two computers in the car had to be replaced. They do go bad. The car is 10 years old now, guess it's expected. Turned out both computers were fried....needed a new battery , speed sensor, rebuild tranny , two new main radiator hoses etc....front windshield molding was cracked and coming off...had that fixed too.......you couldn't tell by looking at the car that it would need all that repaired.
