My radio/CD player stop playing, I am not sure if the amp is bad or if a code needs to be entered. The radio station will appear on the player just no sound. Please help!!!!

    if the display says CODE, it just needs to be recoded. if the station displays, it is not a code issue, most likely inside the radio. find an auto radio repair shop and let them fix it.or go to Benz dealer and get a new radio.
