Leroy, This approach is not normal and therefore difficult to estimate. Depends on where you buy the part and what shop you take it to. Shops generally don't like to install customer supplied parts, it creates headaches for the customer and the shop if there are any issues with the part. You'll need to find the part and buy it, then call around to the shops in your area and ask what they will charge to install your part.
