2001 Mazda Tribute Question: Radiator smells like burnt rubber

Check the underside of your Tribute. Believe it or not the most common cause for an unusual burning smell is a plastic bag stuck on the exhaust system. If you see signs of a plastic bag the best thing to do is to scrape off as much as you can, after which what little is left will burn off quickly. If you don't see anything or can't properly clean off what you do see then have a qualified technician check things over for you.
