2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Question: RADIATOR HAD NOT WATER AND CAR RAN HOT AND NOW IT DOESNT WANT TO START?

I WAS DRIVING THE CAR DOWN THE ROAD AND THE TEMPURATURE STARTED TO RISE. I CHECKED THE RADIATOR AND THERE WAS NO WATER. WHEN I TRIED TO START IT, IT WOULD NOT START. -

Agree, a major overheat is one of the worst things to occur. Components can seize and warp when this happens. -

LAMB...YOU RAN THE CAR WITH NO WATER IN THE RADIATOR...THE RADIATOR COULDN'T COOL THE CAR...THE CAR RAN HOT...WHEN CARS (OR TRUCKS) RUN HOT THEY GET DAMAGED...MOST LIKELY DAMAGE IS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET AND/OR CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD...BLOWN HEAD GASKET AND/OR CRACKED CYLINDER HEAD WON'T ALLOW A CAR (OR TRUCK) TO START... -
