1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL Question: radiator fans not comming n

My radiator fans will only come on if I turn on the heater or ac. We replaced the outside temp switch and checked the fuses and they are still not comming on. What schould be checked now?

    Check for power at one of the wires the cooling fan if not check the fusible link. check 10 amp fuse #3 in the fuse box, there are two relays in the circuit and a thermo-switch. The thermo-switch turns on the fan when a certain temperature is reached. The switch I think is near the coolant filler cap on the engine. look to see what the part looks like on www.rockauto.com. For test procedures and wiring diagrams, There is a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....     Thank-you for the information, I did go to rockauto.com and bought a new switch. We got it fixed it was the fuse. Thanks again
