Question: Radiator Cooling Fan

The passenger side radiator cooling motor and connector burnt up so I had a shop replace it, but it burnt up again. There must be excessive voltage or amperage going to that fan from the drivers side fan. Do I need to replace the entire cooling fan assembly? Would any other parts cause this as well?

Replace what? Hopefully you replaced both the fan motor & connector.

The mechanic said the driver's side fan motor is causing the passenger side motor to burnt up and I need to buy the entire cooling assembly from a salvage yard.

You can buy both motors for about $300.00. That's new. Youcan replace just the motors. Unless you can't afford this then go to a auto recycler.
