2006 Nissan Titan Question: radiator cap leaks at high rpm

The radiator cap has two seals a pressure seal and a seal that allows for coolant recovery. Check the cap is in tact and functional, check the sealing area in the radiator has no nicks or burrs either. Sometimes pressure build up in the cooling system is a sign of a blown head gasket but if you are not experiencing coolant loss or over heating you are probably OK.
