Has the radiator in your car been replaced and perhaps the caps don't seal properly on the aftermarket cap.? What is the type of cap failure you are experiencing? Is the problem the cap mechanically fails and falls apart, does the cap just fail to seal or fail to recover coolant from the recovery bottle?
