  I had a coupon for a free diagnostic service at this shop so I decided to use it since the shop is around the corner from my house. They did a great job telling me that my car was not starting because I had a faulty starter, but that is where the good service stopped. By some miracle my car began to work while in the shop's possession. When the shop called me to tell me about the diagnostic they did not tell me that my car had started to run again. I assumed that it was still not running and asked them about getting my car home. The guy told me that there was a towing place pretty close to their shop and that I could just use them. I set up a tow and had my running car towed to my home. Once the car was home the tow guy just drove it off the truck into my driveway and I had to pay him $35. I was very irritated when I realized that the shop knew that my car was running and did not tell me so I called up the shop and asked for my $35 back as a refund for their mistake. From the moment I spoke with the owner I could tell that I was not going to get my money back. After I asked for my money back he just told me that I was a mean broad and hung up on my. I called him back and I told him that his behavior was unprofessional and that I would be right down to his shop to get my $35. When I got down there he had the biggest chip on his shoulder. He came into the office with a huge puffed up chest and when I asked for my money back he said "no..what are you going to do about it lady...hit me" (taking 2 steps in my direction). My husband was with me and had to stand between him and I and told him that he was not to speak to any woman like that ever. It was shocking behavior from a grown man. I told him that this is what I would be doing. Service is everything in his line of work and he has a huge attitude when he thinks he is right. $35 is nothing...imagine how you will feel when you have paid him $300 or more and he gives you the same attitude he gave me and calls you mean for trying to mitigate.
  I am pretty sure that they with held the information about my car working because they were mad that I did not get my car fixed there.

  Honest and Pricing was Very Competitive, Didn't know how great they were till i found out Lots of People In Merced Go there. No other place in town will i take my car!
