how can i tell if i have a power or manual rack and pinion? also how can i tell if the whole rack needs replaced or if it may just be a seal or line that may need replaced instead?

    I'm 99.9999% sure that your steering gear is power.

    If the steering gear is showing wetness out of the bellows boots, then the gear will need replaced.
