how can i tell if i have a power or manual rack and pinion? also how can i tell if the whole rack needs replaced or if it may just be a seal or line that may need replaced instead?

MasterIf you have a power steering pump then you have a power rack, But I would have a shop diagnose this because it could just one of the two power steering hoses has failed, You can find a shop to help you here www.repairpal.com/directory or check Repair prices here www.repairpal.com/estimator
