Except sound of blower. Nissan very unhelpful---1 week to look at it, told end of following week will have in ECU and go from there. They say never saw this before. Went to register my new Ford Transit. Got talking to employee in registry who told me exact same story, and said $5k to fix and happened again in one month! Anyone hear of this before?? Is this common with Nissan--doubt the other vehicle was an NV1500. When a problem like this happens is it best to sell , or once fixed is car usually ok? Nissan wanted to give $11k in trade, I paid $30k 2 years ago

Started shaking when accelerating then would die immediately after starting. Had to be towed to dealership. Dealership said a bug was in mass airflow sensor... does this sound right?
