My D4 light blinking but the car shift okay most of times,but sometime it hole the gear a long time before shifting.Will changing the fluid help this or it's the TCU please help

My car is giving a problem to start especially when its driven, but all injectors, glow plugs was tested and engine and electrical diagnosis was done and all seems good.
The air work good when the van is runnig.when the van stops sounds again like a belt noise..belt or compressor cluth ?
Oil leak with crankshaft, idling problem, crack in radiator
Also same question with radiator crack. All problems happened in short period of time.
Also crack in radiator could it be tampered with. Car repairs happened all at once in short period of time?
My prelude has an F22b1 and it sputters when i accelerate and aswell as loss of power accelerating. It also stalls due to low rpms when i stop at a light or sign. Just changed spark plugs and distributor cap idk whats...
Had struts replaced and then came along an annoying clunk on drivers side rear and I am told all is tight back there etc. Could it be the stabilizer link? How can you tell if they are bad? I have 94,000 on pilot......
It goes for a min then it starts pushing gas out of the canister
Transmission pulls a hill a little slow sometimes
Can't pass emissions
It also does it while it is idling
I think its a solenoid problem its slipps in 1st an 2nd gear when in 3rd it drives without slipping but the rmp keep raising high like 5 an more just going like 35 an don't go down till I slow down an starts to downs...
I was in accident and was hit on right side and right passenger tire it now wobbles a lot and cannot drive it what could it be
I think its the hub well at least that's what a mechanic told me and of course being a woman and knowing a little about cars, I don't know it that's what it is
I'm not able to even drive my car cause when I crank it up the manifold red hot in no time I don't know what it is
Once vehicle stopped - brakes resume functioning - very scary situation to say the least - anyone else?
