when I tried to bust loose the harmonic balance bolt I broke the old timing belt which caused the crank pulley to move a little counter clock-wise off from the camshaft that moved a little clock-wise as a result of the belt snapping into. What should I do now?

And I don't have a wire diagram , some of the diagram I found on Google are different than the other one!!
My question is if the wire that got shorted still working or if the fuse got broke??

I was driving down the road at 45 mph, and the driver side front wheel started making a Squall noise, and came to dead stop. Every time I attempted to take off it did the same thing. When I got it home and jacked it up the wheel had no problem turning. Tried the bearings but they are fine.

About 2 years ago at Al's automotive, when they changed out my SOHC to a DOHC, because I had an oil gasket leak. It changed the location of the thermostat from the front area of the motor. Where the lower radiator hose goes. Now, to behind the distributor. I couldn't find a mechanic who wanted to do it for me. Probably why the exhaust manifold cracked in the first, place. And, my car began to guzzle gas up, then be fuel economy. OR IS IT JUST PLAIN TOO LATE, FOR MY LITTLE BABY!!?

It had a low knocking noise, the faster I sped up the noise got louder. It just started today Dec.25,2014. I know I need to replace my cracked manifold, and I just recently changed the spark plugs, the 2nd plug closest to the distributor was covered in oil, the 3rd one also had a little oil on it too, should be concerned?

Put a brand new fuel pump but no power going to the pump

Changed passenger front tire an then this started

I have a small puncture is the exact middle pretty much of my gas tank. I have tried several different varieties of repair kits and products and none have worked so far. Please be very detailed and specific with instructions on how to successfully patch my gas tank. Thanks

What part do I need to search for and who can fix this in the milwaukee area?

Ok well first it started out it wouldn't start every so often u could here nothing but the fan running when u cranked it! Than it was once a day it did it&lucky if it didn't! Now it dies out at stops! While also barely pushing the gas pedal it slowly gains a bit of go while puttering slow to high to get going again that's even if it starts it usually does,but I have replaced the distributor coil&throttle positing sensor! These problems still occur just the cranking got a little bit better only still doesn't crank here&there! Also one night I noticed while I'm idoling at a stop the inside lights like the gas gage,speed jigger,flickers,but don't go totaly out just dim's in&out! Oh but not the outside headlights or break lights! Oh this sux&its stating to look like a pice of scrap metal a big money pit! I live off SSI&can't really afford to get another vehicle! Oh I for got to mention while its trying to gain speed it makes a noise! Also it has a hard time getting up little hills so ya better have speed while doing so or not make it! Oh did I mention it's well the puttering is like its idling funny almost like its not getting gas,but if u slam the gas it will die,just barely tap the pedal till I gets to going again! Really stressful when ur halfway across town trying to get home,oh if u have an important appointment for get it! Please help me I'm freaking out!

a few trys.

so i was driving about 2 weeks ago and my car just stopped running. all the lights and radio were till on and the engine just shut off. we pulled over to the side of the road and after 2 minutes it started after about 4 or 5 cranks. then it was fine for 2 weeks then i was driving down the road and it started to stall and slow down and then i would press down on the gas and it would for a moment return to power and i pulled over and it completely stalled out and when i tried to start it would start like normal but would not completley start.

I changed my driver side brake light last night & this morning I started my car and it won't come out of park.

while the car is in reverse the engine vibrates hard and a lot: when the car is in park the engine vibrates alittle then stops,while im driving an I stop the engine idles high not the normal way it does.

I've started the car after I put the new ECU ECM for about a 2 minutes.the black wire coming out of the distributor has no power coming out. Have power everywhere except coming out of the distributor put new distributor in still same problem.checked all fuses and relays in right and left kick panel and under hood only car we have if u can help it would be much appreciated by my wife and myself don't know what to do so frustrated with it. Im unable to figure out what wires are what and go where on the new stereo there is no wiring harness and im unable to figure the wires out

I bought a brand new Alternator battery did a tune up etc n now the battery keeps dying n the check engine light now goes on help me plz wut could be wrong

I was thinking maybe the re manufactured distributors I was getting from auto zone were junk but a handful later I'm finally convinced there's something more wrong with my car so I need answers please. My car has been in and out of the shop a few times all with no spark to the distributor. I have a one year warranty on the distributor i originally bought from auto zone and I've probably replaced 3 now within a year. My car literally got fixed and broke down 10 days later, replaced the distributor and 2 weeks later, broke down again. Does anyone know what might be making this happen so often?

Just bought this car ~1 month ago. A week after that it stopped accelerating. Got it towed to mechanics and the catalytic converter replaced. Now it accelerates but I've noticed a grinding sound when coasting. When the car is stopped and I let my foot off the brake, but before I hit the gas, it grinds at about 1500 RPM. Once I hit the gas and accelerate, it stops. I notice it faintly while I'm braking, again at around 1500 RPM but it's loudest while coasting. Someone said it could be the drum brakes, someone else said maybe the transmission.
