the transmission does not want to engage after first gear into second or overdrive.

I've always had good oil pressure when it started to get cold it started to drop to nothing when it would warm up

after replacing the switch the lights still don't come on. Is there a fuse or relay and where is it?

does this type of repair

had problem with my truck randomly sputtering like it wasnt getting any gas. replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, and rotor cap. fuel pressure good {20}. still sputtering. then i pulled the vacum hose on the air filter because the flapper was closed.runs little better but what is the relation with the vacum causing the flapper to close and not let air into the carb. is it a tranny issue ?

just putting on front breaks

I was deiving along and stopped at a light and the van died and wouldn't restart. I changed the fuel filter and drove it around the block and parked it and haven been able to get the van to start or even trun over. I was told that it is the fuel pump, it is located in the fuel tank and before I go to the trouble and expense of removing the tank I would like to knoe if this is the problem. I do knoe that i have an electrical problem because if I park it for more than two days I have to charge the battery, could it be electrical?

I replaced my master and slave cylinder three days ago and it didn't come with a new line so I just used the old one. I let it sit for 24 hours to try and get the air out but its still not completely bled and I'm not getting good pressure. what should I do now?

Usually upon acceleration the enging seems to be missing. It will make a popping sound, and feels like a slight stall, and I can feel the gas pedal jump a bit. It seems to do it less when the OD is turned off but it still does it some. Most noticably on climbs and from stops.

I have a restored 1993 W250 4x4 and ordered some air bags for the rear that turned out to be wrong. The air bags were for a "4 inch lift" which the truck appears to have... But I'm told it's simply a stock height for a 4x4. I'm now told the part number is 2071 (Firestone air bags). Can someone shed some light on this?

The u-joints in my rear drive shaft broke and my rear drive shaft fell out. I was in 4 wheel drive at the time. I was able to drive the truck home using front wheel drive only. I replaced the U-joints and put the driveshaft back in place. Now however, my truck will not engage into reverse or drive. No matter what the indicator shows it just acts as if it is in neutral.
