tenia problemas con los RPM tube que limpiar el carbulator pero ahora los RPM son estables y medijieron que no usan carburador este tipo de carros ahora quema mas gasolina y aveses se escuchan estallidos por el mofle
i have 145000 miles on it great shape but once traction control comes on trans bangs n shifts real hard notice im not only one why isnt there a recal im supper ticked off

The problem happen when the car ran over a big rock left in the road at night.
ive replaced the fuel filter, injector "o" rings, injector sleeves, no vacuum leaks, no exhaust leaks, and just replaced the mass air flow sensor today and its still having the same problem. its throws a p0171, lean code when it occurs. i do not lose boost at all so im thinking its something fuel related. i have sprayed the entire engine bay with carb cleaner and the idle never changed. please help!!!!!!
I ordered a window regulator and took it to my local mechanic to have it replaced.. he calls me about 2 hours later and states that the part is incorrect and he put the door back together. He stated he would just charge me $96 for the door panel removal and putting it back.... this doesnt seem right to me... he didnt do anything... at best a diagnostic check fee would be reasonable... but he insist it would cost 1 hour of labor so $96 is fair.. I looked up and it states the whole job would take 0.8 hours so even if he is correct in charging me for an hour of labor.. its $96/hr labor?
Replaced every part of a/c system and it still blows warmer air at high speed and cool at low speed or stop. have spent over 1k so far! and been to dealer and 2 mechanics
How can I take the trim that is around the radiio and cruise controll off the steering wheel with out damaging the wheel or setting off the airbag?

trying to check fluid level n the transmission but cant find dipstick. is there a dipstick and if noy how do i check trans fluid and/or add fluids
The clutch in my cobalt ss has gone out and I can't afford to take it on so I'm going to change it myself I've done clutches in trucks but never a front wheel drive car so I'm wondering if someone can tell me the easiest way to change it and everything I need to do to replace it

When driving my car (with the AC on)i notice when coming to a stop with the clutch in and it idles down, it bounces. Almost to where it stalls. It doesn't do it with the AC off. And it will not bounce when it idles unless you give it gas and let it idle down with the clutch in.

my car is reading p00300 code not sure it says misfire on cylinder. does anyone know i dont want to change all four coils if not the problem

Have a Cobalt with 7600 miles on it - in researching I am concerned about recall issue with CAT and potential power steering issue/failure. Advice?....should I just continue driving it or trade it before I have the problems. Thanks very much.
my 2005 cobalt ss is out of time how do i set it back in time
I am having troubles with the emergency brake releasing fully. When backing up they make a high pitched squeal. I have disconnected both cables from the rear brake assemblies. The cables move freely but where the cables connect at the rear, that assembly is very stiff and won't return to normal. I tried lubricating the assembly with no avail. Do I need to replace the springs or do I have to take apart the back of the assembly to clean and lube??
My car is knocking when I get it up to 5000rpm. I am wondering why and if any one else is having this problem. It does have a stage 1 upgrade and only 19300 miles.
The 2 Lites came on and remaind on when I got home turned off car restarted car an hour latter ETS lite was off but Check Engine still on.
