2001 Plymouth Neon Question: Question: how do i reset the drive cycle in order to pass emissions?

May need several drive-cycles to complete all supported monitors 'readiness' codes. Catalyst and EVAP are usually the most stubborn in my experience. Any time power to the PCM is lost , or the codes are cleared manually , the monitor status is automatically cleared. Patience.
