What a bunch of stories...
my CAR WAS NOT overheated . You are talking about some other car and making it sound like normal business. You were diagnosing my electrical problem for a week and could not figure it out and that is why I was not charged. Another thing I did not like about your business, as soon as you could not fix it was evident and I exclaimed where I was taking the car for further diagnosis,
I was told that they could not fix it, the competition that is I was surprised at how vehemently sure he was of the inability of the place i was taking it to and how they could not fix it. Being the place was further down the street, It surprised me that they were more upset at me going than not making money. You wasted my time. You did not pay for my time. So in essence you did charge me, hence me being upset specially now that you are refuting the whole incidence.

Customer requested check over his high mileage vehicle and advise on reliability. He also noted that it had overheated on several occasions. We found his water pump was leaking, coolant low, hoses oil soaked,possible head gasket leak, needs right front axle, as well as the transmission beginning to fail. The customer declined all of our recommendations for repair and was not charged for checkout. I am not sure how this makes us incompetent.

During service the wrong oil was put in the car. I was told they did not have time to replace the oil at that time and to bring the car back. Brought the car back and I believe they changed the oil even though I did not see them change it. Just one of my experiences with QFA

We put a 10/30 weight oil in customer's vehicle, which is the same oil we have used on his car since 2004. On this particular occasion customer questioned the oil and decided he should have 5/30 weight after the oil change had already been performed, very late in the day. We rescheduled him and changed his oil to 5/30 and he was not charged.
