Need more information, like why did you replace the battery? Did it run OK before you installed the battery? Are you sure the new battery is charged? Any chance you connected the battery backwards, that is, reversed polarity of the connections?

You may have to tow the car to an Olds or GM specialist to get a diagnosis.
