  I've used the Purrfect Auto (located on Northern Avenue, next to I-17), three times, and so I recommend this shop. My first concern was saving money and have been pleased with the charges I've paid for both urgent and maintenance repairs done to two of my vehicles (Mountaineer, PT Cruiser). Recommendations came with options and variances (meaning I was not pressured to have repairs done that could wait a little while, and I was given the chance to inspect for serious issues). Take advantage of the parent company's web site for coupons. Monday thru Thursday before noon is the best time to arrive. The waiting room is modest (no TV, few magazines), but does have a soda machine and water fountain. Walking distance to Kmart and Dairy Queen if waiting.
