  I have a ton of great things to say about Professional Fleet Services. Sam is the type of mechanic you always hope to have but rarely find. Beyond doing good work, he’s really accessible to his customers. I’m not the mechanically-inclined type, so that means I don’t always understand car problems at first. Sam is great at explaining why work needs to be done, and why it costs as much as it does. I’ve recently gone through a ton of costly repairs to keep a car on the road until it’s paid off, and I’ve never once felt Sam was overstating my repair needs.

  This place is quick, reasonable, and friendly. You can’t ask for more in a car repair.

  I switched to Professional Fleet Service after unhappy (read: dishonest) dealings from another Lansing garage. In short, they were recommending work that was unnecessary, and doing a poor job with repairs. I went to PFS, and found Sam a darned hard worker, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to provide you what you need -- without trying to coax more out of you. I recommend him, recommend his garage, without qualification.

  I have been using Professional Fleet Services for several years and my whole experience can be summed up in one word, TRUST. Sam and his staff have earned my trust and respect. You do not need to worry about unnecessary work being done on your vehicle. Sam is a straight shooter and will say if it is good as is, but let's keep an eye on it or if it needs immediate attention. On top of that, they do good work!

  I continue to feel this auto shop is honest and does good work. Even yesterday, I ended up paying 185.00 dollars for a tow from Albion to bring my Jeep back so they could work on it. Finding a competent mechanic to work on a vehicle is like finding a good doctor. I hope to continue to send work to Professional Fleet.

  I have been a loyal customer to Professional fleet for at least ten years now. I am the owner of a Db Contracting Inc which we specialize in residential and commercial painting. I travel around 50,000 miles a year and I would not trust anyone but them to work any car I own. He really takes pride in what he does and wants to fix your car right and wont sell something thats not necessary for repair. You just dont get that honesty and service at any car repair shop. I would and do refer him to anyone a know

  I have repaired my 1994 GMC Sonoma at Professional Fleet since 2001. They have always treated me with respect. If I couldn't afford the repair they would arrange payment methods with me. My vehicle was always done the same day. I have referred Professional Fleet to my coworkers and customers at my work place.

  Very quick work at a reasonable price. My truck was making a funny sound and they diagnosed it and had it fix in less than an hour.

  They explained everything to me that they did and even showed me the old parts. I am very impressed with this shop and will being bringing my vehicles there from now on.
