  This is the greatest shop in Texas, bar none. They offered to tow my car in for repairs, and foundthe problem. They even took the time to explain exactly how the parts worked, and recommended the best part based on durability and cost. This is the only shop I will ever use!

  I have been coming here for years. Most honest car shop i have ever been to. You really feel the good customer service here. I really feel the owners, Everardo and Claudia care a bout my car needs. I would recommend this place to everyone.

  Want honesty, character, and tenacity in your mechanic? Then make PAC your mechanic.

  Everardo has been working on my cars and trucks since the early 90’s, and I truly appreciate his concern for my family’s safety and security related to our vehicles. I first went to him because I heard that he would take time to really investigate the cause or source of a tough problem, rather than just replace something and call it fixed. I found that to be true, as we have seldom taken vehicles in for a second try at the same problem. Saves me time and money in the long run, and gives me peace of mind!

  These days it is easy to forget how good real customer service can be when done right; the owner and staff at Professional Auto Care will show you that taking your car for a repair or routine maintainance does not have to be a chore. We bring all our (3) cars to PAC from Missouri City...its that good. Mike

  Best Auto Shop in Houston!!!!
  We have been going to Professional Auto Care for over 10 years and drive from Sugar Land to Houston because there is no one better for car repairs. They stand behind their work and always go the extra mile for their customers. We are treated like a friends and we have even bought all of our used vehicles from them for our college age children.
