Oil leak was found thought it was the timing chain housing but with further investigation mechanic thought the head gasket was the leak after the heads were pulled, a crack was found. Machine shop said it probably came the factory that way. I bought my Suskui brand new in 2003 know for a fact is has never over heated.

The AC condenser fan motor may fail. If this occurs the air conditioning will stop blowing cold air.
A knocking sound may be noted from the engine when warm due to improper drive belt tension. Correcting the drive belt tension will commonly repair this concern.

The power steering may fail due to the drive belt coming off. This is commonly caused by a failed belt tensioner. Our technicians tell us a revised tensioner should be installed along with a new belt. Check with your local Suzuki dealer to see if the factory will pay for this repair.
The automatic transmission may not shift when cold due to debris on the output speed sensor. There is a revised output speed sensor and software update available which should correct this concern.
stuck in park. i was able to shift the car manually at the transmission. hit the release [ inside the console] and the lever moves but does not shift. can't find a manual for the car hope some one else has had the problem and can help.
