The rubber seal between the front door and the exterior mirror housing deteriorates with age. This may cause water to enter the door. These seals are about $9 each at the dealer and I replaced them myself with instructions I found by Googling the problem online. You will need Torx head screwdrivers to remove the mirror from the door and replace the seal.

The door for the vanity mirror (or the frame for the door) can break; due to a redesign, the mirror "cassette" will need replacement.

Cup holders break easily, especially if sticky liquids are spilled into the cup holder mechanism.
Due to wear of mechanical parts in the control head, the buttons on temperature control assemblies work erratically or not at all. These control heads need to be replaced for this concern or when the display screen starts to fade out.
Oil feed tubes break and fall into the crankcase (engine) and the tappet becomes noisy (ticking), resulting in degraded idle quality. Our technicians recommend replacing all of the tubes at the same time, broken or not.
Glove box hinges, the center console armrest, and the cup holders break.

Instrument cluster lenses break easily.
